Caramel Apple Cupcakes
These were good but for the future I would put dulce de leche as a filling instead of caramel sauce
Even better than the girl scout cookies! The caramel cupcakes were very light and the toasted coconut topping on caramel frosting with chocolate sauce was perfect.
Almond flavoured cake baked with 3 colours
Cinnamon-y and tasted like a cup of warm tea
The melted mars bar on the inside was a perfect gooey surpise
Bounty "Snowball" Cupcakes
These chocolate cupcakes had a baked in bounty candy bar but the topping was made from coconut cream with tiny coconut flakes pressed in. They looked adorable and tasted very coconut-y.
